Dan is a collaborative housing leader who brings together developers, builders, engineers, trades, planners, and policymakers to advance practical solutions to Canada’s housing challenges. At Small Housing, he convenes partners across the country to promote gentle density housing and build industry capacity for delivering ground-oriented homes.



Dan has served as Project Director for several province-wide initiatives in British Columbia focused on accelerating housing delivery and strengthening the small-scale building sector through industry education and government advocacy. His work focuses on translating policy and zoning changes into real-world housing outcomes, helping industry and local governments navigate implementation challenges tied to land use, housing economics, infrastructure, and development feasibility.
