Reserve Fund Studies (Depreciation Reports in
BC) for strata corporations throughout Vancouver
Island, contributing to the firm’s continued growth
in this sector.

Lee serves as a director on the Appraisal Institute
of Canada – British Columbia (AIC-BC) Board and sits on the AIC-BC Policy & Public Affairs
Committee. She is also a member of the AIC-BC
Nanaimo Chapter.

Within her community, Lee is a member of the
Comox Valley Women in Business Network, the
