Luke Venhuizen is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a graduate of
the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater
Vancouver. Over the past 22 years, Luke has focused his work on residential development
projects and unique high-value property around Vancouver. Luke has appeared as an
expert valuation witness at the BC Supreme Court and completed appraisal assignments
for several of the most valuable residential properties in BC
