Real estate appraisal skills are applied across a wide range of sectors, offering professionals many ways to build meaningful and impactful careers. This 90-minute panel session introduces Candidates to several of the diverse environments where appraisal expertise plays an important role.

Panelists will discuss how their appraisal training and designation support the work they do. From property assessment and housing policy to sustainability, development, and advisory roles, the session will highlight how valuation expertise contributes to decision-making across the real estate industry.

Attendees will hear firsthand experiences from professionals working in different types of organizations, learn how appraisal skills translate across sectors, and gain insight into the variety of career paths available within the profession. A moderated discussion and audience Q&A will give Candidates the opportunity to ask questions and explore how they might shape their own careers as appraisers.
