Lyle has over 29 years of property tax valuation and consulting experience across both public and private sectors. He specializes in complex commercial, industrial, and development land valuations throughout British Columbia. Lyle previously held senior roles at BC Assessment, including Manager of Assessment Appeals and Manager of Business Analytics and Innovation. Lyle is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, serving as Chair of its Vancouver Chapter, and sits on the Wester Chapter of the Canadian Property Tax Association’s executive committee. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, along with certificates in Real Property Assessment and Appraisal.
