Nicholas Jang is a Vancouver-based real estate professional specializing in asset management, valuation, and strategic advisory. As a Real Estate Asset Manager at BC Housing, he plays a key role in the acquisition, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate assets that support housing initiatives across British Columbia.



Prior to this, Nicholas held commercial appraisal roles at Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors and L.W. Property Advisors, where he delivered valuation and market insights across a diverse range of asset classes.



Nicholas is an active leader within the Appraisal Institute of Canada, having served in multiple governance and volunteer capacities, including as a Provincial Board Director, Vancouver Chapter Secretary, and Provincial Committee Member.



In recognition of his professional achievements and contributions to the appraisal industry, Nicholas was awarded the Tyler Beatty Award for Rising Stars by the AIC, along with being named a Rising New Professional. He has also been recognized as a Young Leader in Canadian Real Estate.
