Reagan is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 23 years of experience in both the private and
public sectors. She holds a B.Com in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business, an AACI,
P.App designation, and an Accelerated MBA from Queen’s University. Her background includes
commercial fee appraisal and consulting with Colliers and CWPC Property Consultants, as well as
extensive tenure at BC Hydro, where she has acquired land rights for major capital projects, managed
the Property Leasing & Sales Services department, and now leads the Property Tax Services department
