About the Session

Join fellow appraisal professionals for a guided curb-side walking tour through downtown Vancouver’s central business district, examining real-world examples of complex urban real estate. The tour highlights landmark and unique properties that illustrate key appraisal concepts in an urban environment.


Participants will visit locations such as the Vancouver Art Gallery, Marine Building, Canada Place, Convention Centre, Sinclair Centre, and the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, as well as some recent and local developments. Each point of interest will include a brief discussion of relevant valuation and planning issues.
